The late spring foliage of the Golden Wych Elm (<i>Ulmus glabra 'Lutescens'), a cultivar of the Scotch Elm or Wych Elm that has soft buttery yellow spring foliage that matures to bright yellow (lime green where shaded</i>) before turning golden in autumn. It grows to around 15m tall, with a slightly wider spread. It is quite easily confused with the Golden Elm (<i>Ulmus procera 'Louis van Houtte'), but has larger, softer leaves. Order: Rosales, Family: Ulmaceae
