Colquhounia vestita (syn. Colquhounia coccinea var. vestita), a 3-4m high, summer- to autumn-flowering evergreen shrub native to the eastern Himalayas and southwest China. Colquhounia vestita has slightly larger and heavier growth than the similar. Colquhounia coccinea but is most readily distinguished by its sage green leaves and the white indumentum on the stems and undersides of the foliage. Colquhounia coccinea has brighter green leaves, red-tinted young stems and far less noticeable indumentum. Order: Lamiales, Family: Lamiaceae
