Himalayan Mayapple (<i>Podophyllum hexandrum</i>), a spring-flowering rhizomatous woodland perennial native to western China and the Himalayan region. The flowers have three to five petals, range from white to purplish-pink and are usually open before the foliage is fully developed. When fully unfurled, the marbled leaves are up to 25cm wide.
