Prickly Moses (Acacia verticillata subsp. ruscifolia), a broader leaved subspecies of a late winter to early spring-flowering evergreen shrub or tree to 9m tall native. Subspecies ruscifolia occurs in isolated spots in southern Victoria but is found mainly in western Tasmania. Its bronze green foliage is tipped with short, fine spines.
