Autumn leaves of Ulmus parvifolia Frontier', a cultivar of the Chinese Elm or Lacebark, grown mainly for its autumn foliage. This small-leafed elm from China, Korea and Japan may be semi-evergreen, has attractive flaking bark and grows to around 25m high. Tiny autumn-borne flowers are followed by conspicuous green samara that brown as they ripen, though Frontier' tends to fruit earlier. Order: Rosales, Family: Ulmaceae Order: Rosales, Family: Rosaceae
