Androsace lanuginosa, a creeping silver-leafed, summer-flowering perennial native to the Himalayan region. Although it rather resembles an alpine forget-me-not, it is part of the primula family. This is the form commonly know as var. leichtlinii or 'Leichtlinii', but is seem to differ very little from the species. Order: Ericales, Family: Primulaceae
