Twin-flowered Agave (Agave geminiflora), an evergreen, drought-tolerant plant native to Mexico. Its leaves are fine, unarmed and when young carry fine filaments along the edge. They form dense rosettes from which eventually emerge unbranched flower stems up to 3m tall. The greenish yellow flowers open from purple-red buds and are paired, hence the name. Twin-flowered Agave.
